Hi! I’m Chelsea Dischinger. The proud wife of Michael and mother of two amazing girls. I am a beach loving bookworm. I love good food and long bike rides. 


CrossFit is where I let off steam and find my sanity. I am slightly obsessed with tea and I highlight my hair to cover my grays!


I am an author, speaker and blogger who is known for my tough love approach and simple strategies. I am not interested in fancy formulas or the newest fad, I am way too busy for all of that. I want to give you real advice that works in the midst of your busy schedule and even on your bad days. 


I spent years of my life running on a treadmill at 100 miles an hour, never making any progress. I was constantly disappointed in myself because I knew I was capable of so much more.


I am incredibly grateful for God’s great love that brought me back to my purpose. It has taken years to finally understand the value of my daily habits, the power of consistency and the truth that I really can achieve any goal that I set my mind to. 


These past several years my life has changed drastically and it has become my mission to help others do the same. 


It is the simple things in life that have the greatest power to transform our lives. 


That is why I focus on the basics. 


The reason that I created this blog was so that I could reach more people. By utilizing the simple steps I share each week you can begin to make progress in the areas of your life that you have always felt defeated. As a bonus, you get to join our amazing community of people just like you who are changing their lives.
